1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "cbajr" or "Platform" means the website at https://cbajr.lat and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered with cbajr or is using the services.
• "Account" means the registered profile of a user on the platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means placing money on any sporting event or casino game.
• "Bonus" means promotional funds or free bets provided by cbajr.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. cbajr reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at cbajr: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request can be approved.

3.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

If any fraudulent transaction, chargeback abuse, or suspicious activity is detected, cbajr reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and may notify the relevant authorities.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, you must make your first deposit at cbajr, and the bonus will be added to your account automatically.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus and any winnings earned through it, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a minimum of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies only once, unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected, cbajr reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bets placed with bonus balance will count toward the wagering requirement.
• Unused bonuses will be cancelled after the promotion expires.
• cbajr reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotion terms at any time.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

cbajr reserves the right to accept all bets. If any bet is cancelled or amended due to a technical error, human error, or a change in event outcome, the stake for that bet will be returned.

5.2 System Errors

Odds, payouts, or game results displayed incorrectly due to software or hardware errors will not be considered valid. cbajr reserves the right to correct the relevant transactions in such situations.

5.3 Fair Play Policy

cbajr is committed to fair play. Any form of manipulation, use of bots, automated software, or collusion (conspiring with other players) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account and balance will be forfeited.

5.4 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports will be conducted according to cbajr's prevailing odds and rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, cbajr's decision regarding the relevant bets will be final.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

cbajr's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. Cashback will be credited to eligible accounts every Monday within the designated time. cbajr reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7 User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and participation in such activities may result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward cbajr staff.
• Creating an account using fake documents or a false identity.

7.2 Personal Use

A cbajr account must be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Placing bets on behalf of third parties or granting account access to others is prohibited.
